The intimate beach resort offers a wide variety of menus inspired by the bountiful Caribbean fruits, vegetables and seafood as well as meats from the Americas. Our casual restaurants feature energizing breakfasts, tropical salads and culinary main courses. Whether you are looking for a snack or a big dinner you will find the menus by our executive chef George Hoek mouthwatering, satisfying and affordable.
Breakfast at Giorgio’s is where you always have a perfect seat and don’t need to
ask twice for coffee or the morning paper. At Giorgio’s we are committed to serve freshly prepared food
that promotes health including fresh fruit smoothies and organic eggs. A la Carte breakfast is served under
the terrace or around the sunny pool deck from 7am till 11.30am.

All that getting wet and soaking up the rays must be working up an appetite and a thirst! Our swinging palm
trees will put you in the mood for something fruity or filling, with lots of sunshine on the side. Take a break
from the sun and fun and join us at the Pega Pega Café & Beach Bar for a delectable
light fare and a never-ending selection of cocktails —think soup and salads, paninis and sandwiches, colorful
cocktails, domestic and import ice cold beers, and healthy smoothies and shakes - so you can get right back to
the beach. We cook lunch from noon till 5pm.

The Pega-Pega Beach Bar is also the place to discover and enjoy new exotic and tropical Caribbean cocktails. Enjoy fruity mango, passion fruit and strawberry or banana smoothies when it’s time to cool down. Put up your orange flag and our cocktail waitress will come and serve it right at your lazy beach lounge. The Pega-Pega Beach Bar is opened from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. At sunset when our bartenders orchestrate their daily "Two for One" happy hour from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with live music you will get to enjoy our island's famous Aruba Arriba cocktail. The French Steakhouse presents an innovative menu in a trendy and cozy ambiance serving fine
South American cuts of beef, local delicacies and international favorites. Patrons can enjoy either indoor
dining featuring live piano music as well as outdoor dining on the wooden deck right under the stars.
Offering excellent service and an extensive wine list the restaurant has been a popular scene on Eagle
Beach for tourists and locals alike. The French Steakhouse is open from 5:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Giorgio’s – Ristorante Italiano is a unique and alfresco dining experience
situated right around our pool deck under the stars. Giorgio’s offers delightful Italian dishes with
great atmosphere and service. Chef Giorgio is a master of flavorful sauces, delicious combinations and
appetizing presentations. Visit Giorgio's between 5:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. for a great Italian dinner and make
sure to leave some room for mouth-watering homemade cannoli, panna cotta or tiramisu.

The breakfast room service is available from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., the lunch room service hours are from
12 noon until 4:30 p.m. and in room dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. In-room dining adds the
