Many guests of Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa delight in our very wide range of exotic tropical cocktails. Some of our guests have requested us to give away the recipe of our most popular cocktail, so they can enjoy the cocktail at home and look forward to their next visit!

What was your favorite cocktail during your stay?

Number 1:
The Cabuya cocktail

Ingredients:
* 1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
* 1 oz. Coconut Cream
* 1 oz. Creme de Banana
* 1 oz. Ponche Crema
* 1 oz. Triple Sec.
* Crushed Ice

Directions:
Put the ingredients together in a blender. Add one cup crushed ice and start blending. Keep on adding some crushed ice to the mix until you think it is thick enough.
