Executive chef George Hoek recently introduced a Sun Splashed menu at the Pega-Pega Café & Beach Bar elevating beach cuisine to an ultimate high.
The chef delivers a contemporary menu listing many favorite dishes from around the world all served with a tropical, Caribbean flair. Menu highlights include the Blue Mermaid Salad which heaps sliced mango and banana on mixed greens, onions and peppers with caramelized walnuts, sprinkled with lemon and pepper vinaigrette.
The Cudarebo Tacos translate into flour tortillas filled with seared filet of grouper, garnished with diced tomato, served with fruits and a garlic-cumin aioli. The Cuban pressed Chicken Sandwich with cilantro adobo, served on a foccacia roll topped with melted Swiss cheese gives the Mediterranean Grilled Wrap competition. All served with tropical cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere with gracious service and an unrivaled view. |
