The New Year is upon us and we can’t think of a better time to feel alive! Now is the time to pick your New Year’s resolutions and inspire yourself in 2017. The trick to succeeding on achieving your goals is to be realistic and specific. If you want to feel fantastic about yourself, the best way is to conquer your challenges is with small feats often. If you desire is to get healthy, think of a way to incorporate an extra hour of exercise into your day. For instance, you may want to join a running club or buy a package of yoga classes. Instead of focusing on the long term journey, check in with yourself monthly and have set rewards. One example, is to give yourself a gift, like a new pair of workout pants. Another way to stick to your plan is to partner with family members and/or friends. This guarantees your support for each other and provides the opportunity to celebrate your conquests!
