Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test for All Air Passengers Arriving in the United States:

Recently the U.S. Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that effective January 26, 2021 all international travelers (including U.S. citizens) arriving in the United States will be required to show a proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR Test taken within 72 hours of their departure back to the U.S. or be prepared to show proof of a recent positive viral test and a letter from your healthcare provider or a public health official stating that you were cleared to travel. This is in addition to requiring a negative COVID-19 test before entering Aruba.

To make sure this is of minimal interruption to your vacation we have made arrangements for Manchebo guests to have the PCR Testing conducted in the comfort of the resort. Tests will be conducted by local medical professionals with maximum convenience and little distraction to your Manchebo vacation experience.

Once at the resort you will be able to make an advance on-line appointment to be scheduled within 72 hours of departure with test results emailed to you within 24 hours. The cost of the resort PCR Testing fee is currently set at $100,- per person.  Of course, our resort team will be available to assist you along the way.

We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the resort. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and Aruba public health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:

  • Our hotel teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.).
  • We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
  • We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers.

These are just a snippet of the measures and protocols we've taken to ensure guest health and safety at our resort. You can read our full statement below.
