Guests can choose from the menu of classes according to their preferred style, level, and schedule. Grab a premium Manduka mat and start your day with Morning Vinyasa Yoga at the Manchebo Pavilion or wind down in the evening during the golden hour of sunset with restorative Yin Yoga on the dedicated yoga deck. Despite differences in style, each class is designed to help you more consciously connect with your body through movement while increasing strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on exploring the breath and staying in the present moment. Each class is designed to help guests more consciously connect with their body through movement while increasing strength and flexibility.
