Our talented local chefs aim to please every palate and accommodate every dietary restriction, drawing on local ingredients as much as possible–including herbs from Manchebo’s own herb garden. Diners especially love our chefs’ locally inspired dishes, and vegans appreciate the dedicated plant-based menu designed just for them.
This was our fourth visit to this magnificent resort. From the moment you check in (greeted with a refreshing mojito) to the time you check out, you are treated as family. It was our wedding anniversary, and when walked into our room, we were presented with a bottle of champagne. Such a thoughtful gesture.
The grounds are spotless, the rooms are top notch, and the staff could not be more accommodating and attentive.
Breakfast at Ike's Bistro was both wholesome and very tasty. The staff were cheerful and welcoming. I normally skip breakfast, but I looked forward to Ike's each morning.
Most days we spent a little time at the Pega Pega Grill and Beach Bar. The drinks are great and the food well prepared by Chef Erick Puerta. If you go, you must try his delicious grouper fish tacos.
There is no doubt that every time we return to Aruba, Manchebo will be our resort of choice.

We were greeted the 2nd we stepped out of the car. Check in was fast and easy! Our greater brought us delicious welcome drinks! Very nice after a long day of travel:) our room was lovely, in the upper floor. The room had everything we needed. A great coffee maker☕️ was appreciated:)

Love this Place!
Aruba is the prettiest island we have ever been to. The team at Manchebo makes it even better. The restaurants at Manchebo are second to none! The entire staff at the resort are extremely helpful and polite, and professional. This was our second time there and will definitely be back again!
